Consultant
responsibilities
- Involvement in commercial real estate brokerage
- Search and selection of the office property sites for lease or sale in responding to clients' needs
- Negotiations between tenant and landlord
- Helps occupiers with occupancy needs in office properties in Moscow
- Provides tenants with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions
- Searching and pitching for new clients (cold calling, arranging meetings)
- Accompanies prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms
- Support and lead purchase/leasehold transactions for office premises
- Preparing reports for clients
- Seeking cross-selling opportunities for other departments of the firm
requirements
- Higher education
- Experience in sales (1-2 years), preferably in real estate industry with particular emphasis and involvement in the performance of commercial lease transactions
- Knowledge in lease / sale negotiations and structuring in real estate industry is a plus
- Knowledge of business tools and definitions commonly used in the industry is a plus
- Good selling skills with proven track record
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Power Point, Word)
- Good level of English is a must
