A full cycle of work on real estate valuation projects
Implementation of consulting support to clients
Developing relationships with current clients and providing business development activities with new potential clients.
Working on valuation assignments for all types of commercial real estate
Accountable for all valuation stages
Quality and timing control
Preparing valuation reports in accordance with Federal Valuation Standards, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Russian and English languages
Junior staff mentoring

requirements

University degree in economics, finance, valuation or related areas
Minimum 5-6 years of related experience in valuation of real estate
Successful experience in attracting and developing customers in Real Estate, conducting commercial negotiations with new customers
MRICS
Knowledge of valuation standards, methodology and approaches
Knowledge to using special valuation software (Circle)
Strong written and oral level of English
Experienced PC User (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical mind
