Associate Director
responsibilities
- A full cycle of work on real estate valuation projects
- Implementation of consulting support to clients
- Developing relationships with current clients and providing business development activities with new potential clients.
- Working on valuation assignments for all types of commercial real estate
- Accountable for all valuation stages
- Quality and timing control
- Preparing valuation reports in accordance with Federal Valuation Standards, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Russian and English languages
- Junior staff mentoring
requirements
- University degree in economics, finance, valuation or related areas
- Minimum 5-6 years of related experience in valuation of real estate
- Successful experience in attracting and developing customers in Real Estate, conducting commercial negotiations with new customers
- MRICS
- Knowledge of valuation standards, methodology and approaches
- Knowledge to using special valuation software (Circle)
- Strong written and oral level of English
- Experienced PC User (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mind
