responsibilities
- Visitors greeting
- Booking rooms and conference facilities
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Copying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Order of stationery
- Coordination of corporate mobile communication
- Order and coordination of taxis
- Coordination of office drivers
- Order passes
- Parking coordination
requirements
- Graduate or last-year university student with ability to work full-time
- Fluent written and oral English
- Good knowledge of MS Office software
- Pleasing Personality
- Good communication skills including excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented
